Terms and Conditions for Altitude member update your details

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to the update your details prize draw. Terms and Conditions for each prize are detailed below.

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
2. The prize draw is only open to Altitude members (aged between 14 and 18 years).
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Winners will be selected at random by a computer.
5. Winners will receive one prize only.
6. There will be no cash alternative to the prizes available.
7. Members must fully complete the questionnaire otherwise they will be not entitled to entry into the free prize draw. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. The prize draw will close on the 22nd February and winners will be notified in writing on or before the 29th February.
9. Winners names will be published in the Autumn/Winter 2008 Altitude magazine.
10. Altitude will accept no liability for the safe delivery of the prize other than arranging suitable packaging and insurance cover to the value of the prize.
11. Winners may be required to take part in future publicity.
12. The name and country of the winner will be made available after 29th February to those enclosing a self addressed envelope and applying to Altitude draw results, 81 King's Road, London, SW3 4NX.

Nintendo Wii Terms and Conditions

1. One first prize winner will be sent a Nintendo Wii with game accessories worth £500. Game accessories include console, one wireless remote, one nunchuck, Wii Sport (bowling, boxing, baseball, tennis, golf), spare nunchuck, zapper, bag, remote charging stand, Mario Olympics, Sonic and Secret Rings, Wii Play (includes Duck hunt, table tennis, laser hockey, Wii billiards, fishing game, Wii pose and controller), Mario Galaxy, Brain Academy, Monkey Ball and The Legend of Zelda.

Red Arrows Day Terms and Conditions

1. The second prize consists of a day out at the Red Arrows will be awarded to 15 members picked at random.
2. 15 winners will win a trip to the Red Arrows airbase, RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire on the 6th March 2008. All winners will be allowed to take one parent and/or guardian to the base. Please note the 6th March is a school day. Picture ID will be required by both parent/guardian and Altitude member.
3. The prize does not include transport or overnight stay. It does include lunch.
4. No alternative visit date will be offered. Full travel directions and contact details will be provided prior to the day.
5. Confirmation of attendance is required by 3rd March 2008. If confirmation is not received, the prize will be redrawn.

Digital Camera Terms and Conditions

1. The third prize consists of a Samsung S630 Digital Camera - Silver (6.0MP, 3x Optical Zoom) 2.5" LCD to be awarded to 10 Altitude members.

Altitude iPod Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
2. The prize consists of one limited-edition RAF iPod.
3. The draw will end on 30.06.08 and the winner will be notified in writing by the RAF on or before 15.07.08.
4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. The prize must be redeemed within six months of the notification date.
6. All prizes are non-transferable.
7. The name and county of the winner will be made available after 15.07.08 to those enclosing a self-addressed envelope and applying to RAF Draw Results, 81 Kings Road, London SW3 4NX.

Altitude Membership Terms and Conditions

One Altitude pack per person will be distributed upon completion of the membership form. This is available to individuals aged 14 to 16. All recipients require parental or guardian consent. Candidates can apply to join the RAF if they are aged 15 years 9 months and 1 day. If you are under 14 years, you will require parental or guardian consent to enter your details and we will contact you on, or around, your 14th birthday.

Typhoon Quest leader board Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
2. The competition is only open to Altitude members.
3. One prize of an Altitude-branded watch will be awarded to the winner with the highest score on the Members' zone Typhoon Quest leaderboard each month.
4. Competitors must be logged in for their score to be recorded on the Members' zone TQ leaderboard. Otherwise scores will be recorded on the open leader board.
5. The competition will close on the final day of every month.
6. The leader boards will be reset at the beginning of every month.
7. The winner will be notified in writing or by telephone within 14 days of the competition end date.
8. The winner's prize will be posted to them within one month of the competition end date.
9. All prizes are non-transferable.
10. The name and county of the winner will be made available after 31.03.07 to those enclosing a self-addressed envelope and applying to Altitude Draw Results, 81 Kings Road, London SW3 4NX.

The personal information (such as name and address) that you submit to this website will only be used for the purposes outlined at the time of collection or registration, and we will not pass this information to any third party. This complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you are under the age of 14, you must get your parent or guardian's permission to register your details and we will contact you on, or around, your 14th birthday.

If you check the box agreeing to us sending you related RAF information and RAF events details, we will use your personal details for this purpose alone and will not pass those details to any third party.
